30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If Stelo doesn't relieve the neck and shoulder tension you're feeling, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in good condition (light use is okay).
- The item should be in its original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at steloco15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost — no need to ship the damaged item back.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In many cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned — please contact us first.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. After this period, the order is being processed by our fulfillment partners and can no longer be cancelled.
